2uto / Editorial approach

Good information makes its limits clear.

We distinguish organizational suggestions, technical information and prices tied to a market and date. These are our standards for preparing and reviewing platform content.

The source before the number

We document specifications with a traceable reference and identify the market, trim and model year. When sources disagree, we explain the conflict or withhold the value instead of choosing a number without explanation.

Prices need context

A recorded price has a country, currency, source and date. Offers, fees and availability can change, so a published figure is not a binding quote. Cost tools use the figures you enter.

A symptom is not a diagnosis

Troubleshooting guides describe possibilities, observations and limits for action. We do not infer a failed part from a symptom name alone; the vehicle manual and direct inspection take priority.

Translations need their own review

A translation is linked to its original text. An edit to the original may make the translation outdated; it then stops appearing as an approved edition until reviewed against the update.

News and usage rights

Imported material goes through review before publication. Source usage rights must be confirmed and attribution is displayed. Linking to a source does not grant the right to republish all its content.

Corrections are part of the work

Send the page link, disputed information and proposed reference through the contact page. We review reports and correct confirmed errors, keeping a content revision history in administration.

What does review mean?

Editorial review checks the text, available references and their scope. It does not mean every vehicle has been tested or that information covers every situation. Missing facts are not filled with estimates presented as certainty.
