2uto / Platform information

Privacy and your data

How 2uto uses information connected to your account and services, and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

We store your account name, email and a password hash rather than the original password text. We keep the vehicles, maintenance, costs, reminders and saved items you add so they are available in your account, along with contact messages and administration replies.

Operation and protection

The platform uses a session for sign-in and form protection, and remembers your language and country in the browser. Operational sessions and logs may include an IP address, browser information and error details. Administration access to tools and information follows assigned permissions.

The assistant and external sources

The assistant searches the platform library. If generative answers are enabled, the question and relevant knowledge excerpts are sent to OpenAI; account details and garage history are not attached automatically. Avoid sensitive personal information in questions. Source and news links take you to services with their own policies.

Fonts and advertising

Interface fonts are served from this website. When enabled on the published site, Google AdSense may load on eligible public content pages; your browser then connects to Google to request advertising. Advertising code does not load on account, garage, assistant or support pages, or in the local preview.

Managing information and retention

You can edit or delete your vehicles and their records and export garage reports. Removing a record from the account does not immediately remove it from every backup. Operational logs and backups follow hosting settings; contact administration to request account correction or deletion, or details about retention.

Contact about your data

Use the contact page to describe your request and the email connected to the account. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents in the initial message. Administration may need to verify account ownership before carrying out a request affecting its information.
